As a talent sourcer you searche and identifie suitable candidate that are actively or passively open to work. You generate interest in SEAFAR's vacancies and also build and maintain our talentpool. 

🤓 Main responsibilities

• You focus on the initial stages of the hiring process (finding, identifying, and pre-screening candidates)
• You build up our candidate pipeline
• You engage with potentitial candidates for current or future vacancies
• You provide updates and feedback to the hiring manager, HR manager and candidates
• You are in charge of the entire admin cycle (contract, onboarding, employee set-up, etc) when a candidate is hired
• You are responsible for other administrative HR-related tasks

👇 Does this sounds like you?

1. Bachelor’s degree in an admin or HR-related subject.

2. Recruitment/sourcer experience of min 2+ years (IT-related domain is a +)

3. Fluent in Dutch, French and English. Other European languages are a plus.

4. Good communication, presentation, time management and listening skills. 

5. Excellent problem-solver and very pro-active

6. Ability to think in a structured and logical manner.

7. Willing to learn
