As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
 you search and identifie suitable candidates that are actively or passively open to work. You generate interest in SEAFAR's vacancies and also fill and manage our talentpool. 

🤓 Main responsibilities

• You build up our candidate pipeline to attract, hire, and retain a high quality workforce

• You focus on all the stages of the hiring process (sourcing, identifying, and in-dept screening of the candidates)

• You engage with potentitial candidates for current or future vacancies

• You provide updates and feedback to the hiring manager, HR manager and candidates

• You are in charge of the entire cycle (contract, onboarding, employee set-up, etc) when a candidate is hired

• You are responsible for other HR-related tasks

👇 Does this sounds like you?

1. Bachelor’s degree in an admin or HR-related subject.

2. Talent acquisition experience/network of min 2+ years  in an IT-related domain.

3. Fluent in Dutch, French and English is a must. Other European languages are a plus.

4. Good communication, presentation, time management and listening skills. 

5. Excellent problem-solver and very pro-active.

6. Ability to think in a structured and logical manner.

7. Willing to learn.
