Hello! 👋 Are you the new Account Manager Benelux we are looking for?
At Seafar, being an Account manager means you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with industry stakeholders, and collaborating with the head office in Belgium. You will also be expected to establish strong relationships with local governments and authorities to support the growth of the business.
🤓 Main responsibilities
Manage and develop existing accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing strategies to win new clients
Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities by leveraging your network, conducting cold calls, and organizing client meetings
Build relationships with industry stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, associations, and trade organizations, to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
Collaborate with the head office in Belgium to align strategies, exchange best practices, and report progress
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local governments and authorities to support the growth of the business
Work closely with the internal team, including Sales & Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Job requirements
👇 Does this sounds like you?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in a B2B environment
Experience in inland shipping or logistics sector is a must
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Fluency in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
